Our factory currently employs 30 full-time, highly trained individuals. We have
also collaborated with close to 80 expert consultants on both the manufacturing
and testing of all components of our rescue parachute systems.

All materials used for the parachute canopy and harnesses are the finest grade
available and meet or exceed TSO certification protocols. Specially selected to
buffer the user from the shock of the jump, our nylon contains low porosity elastic
and our suspension lines are tested for 40% stretching.

Our factory is committed to manufacturing the most precise and reliable rescue
parachutes. To that end, every fabric segment, every line attachment, and every
reinforcement on both the canopy and the harness are sewn in place by hand.

Every step of manufacturing includes a thorough inspection process to ensure delivery
of the safest, most reliable rescue parachute. Before assembly, every seam and
fabric segment is checked under a light projector for irregularities. Then, each
stitch and fold is inspected for size and uniformity. Lastly, the entire system
undergoes a final inspection.

Every rescue parachute canopy is methodically packed by hand into the harness.
Our very special system of packing ensures that the parachute deploys quickly
and in the right direction. Once packed, all parachute systems are carefully stored
in a special room with controlled temperature and zero humidity
